OIL HAWG is a natural organic fiber which self biomediation with the proper moisture present. It contains, like most natural fibers, indigenous microorganisms. In the processing of OIL HAWG,
we have added selected mold and bacterial strains, enzymes, nutrients, nutrient keys and organic compounds (which serve to enhance penetration and absorbency) making OIL HAWG
one of the best tools for the biomediationist and clean-up crews in collecting and containing such wastes as petroleum spills, commercial greases and solvents.
In providing the combination of all necessary ingredients to enhance the biodegradation of organic compounds, especially petroleum hydrocarbons, OIL HAWG represents a state of the art product and provides a most valuable tool, whether the purpose is simply gathering and containing the waste or bioremediating hydrocarbon contamination over a period of time.
APPLICATION
Blend 20 pounds of OIL HAWG with one (1) cubic yard of contaminated soil as evenly as possible. The use of a rototiller or blade mixer will accelerate the mixing or mixing can be done by hand in smaller areas. Moisture should be added whenever possible.

's high efficiency, no matter what disposal methods are used, cost is far less due to tremendous waste reduction. OIL HAWG is all natural, non toxic and will biodegrade without leaching. When incinerated, OIL HAWG has a very low ash content (1.6% ash remaining), combined with a very high BTU rating (7560 BTU). Oil Hawg may be incinerated and, as an energy source, contributes approximately 7,000 BTU/Lb. during the incineration process. Since OIL HAWG contains no clay, there is no production of unwanted emissions and yields less than 5% ash. This reduction in volume can significantly reduce your over-all disposal transportation costs.
